All products will be made by information and measurements given to us by you so we are not liable for belts not fitting. We will double check each orders measurements with the customer and build it to your measurement given to us. Be sure to use our fitting guide for proper fit. Our goal is to give you a finished product that anyone would be proud to own and we stand behind our quality.

All orders require a 50% down payment and all products will be paid in full before time of shipping. We accept Visa and Mastercard along with money orders and personel checks made payable to Madison Saddlery. Please include driver's license number and the state in which it is issued. All checks will be verified before shippment is made. There is NO sales tax placed on any orders. There will be a shipping charge on all items. Due to the customized nature of our business please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Merchandise will be shipped your choice of UPS or US Postal Service.
